Covid 19 Update

In line with government guidelines concerning Covid 19, some of our requirements for attending appointments have changed. Please read this post carefully to understand how Cherry Trees Dental is now operating.

You will no longer be telephoned prior to your appointment for a pre-covid screening. However, as we are a medical practice, it is still a requirement for our patients to wear a facemask during their visit. If you are medically exempt from wearing a facemask, please ensure you advise reception of this on your arrival and bring your letter of exemption from your doctor to the appointment.

If you, or any member of your household has symptoms of Covid 19 or have had and recovered from Covid 19 in the last 14 days, please do not attend your appointment. Please telephone the practice to cancel and rebook.

Our waiting room is now open, but we ask you not to arrive for your appointment early. Please arrive at the time of your appointment wearing your facemask. We ask our patients to use the sanitising hand gel that is provided within the waiting room upon arrival.

At this time, please note that our customer toilet is out of use.

During your appointment with your dentist, you will be asked to remove your facemask and store it in your pocket during treatment. You may be asked to rinse your mouth with a solution to kill any traces of Covid 19 in your mouth prior to your treatment. Once your appointment is completed, you will be asked to put your facemask back on before leaving the treatment room.

Once your appointment is completed, you will be able to pay for your treatment and make further appointments at the reception desk as normal.
