Our aim is to empower and involve you, the patient, in your journey to reaching and maintaining oral health.
We are a fully digital practice using digital x-rays, computer systems and 3D scanning tools.
All our clinicians at Cherry Trees Dental are GDC registered. We are CQC (Care Quality Commision) compliant, and you can find our registration details here. We also hold full indemnity insurance for your total protection.
We are also Denplan registered.
Cherry Trees Dental Practice is easily accessible to customers in wheelchairs or who have mobility issues. There are no steps to enter the practice and access is via a ramp. All treatment rooms are located on the ground floor. Our toilet facilities are also located on the ground floor off the main reception area.
There is limited parking available at the front of the practice. If there are no parking spaces available, customers can use the Linkfield Corner pay and display car park which is located across the road from the practice.
Cancelling Your Appointment
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you give us no less than 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to make the appointment slot available to other patients. A fee will be charged if you miss your appointment or do not give us at least 48 hours’ notice. However, if you or a member of your household tests positive for Covid, the 48-hour notice period will be waived, and a new appointment scheduled, but you must let us know on the day of your appointment by telephone.
We strive to provide the best possible care for all our patients. If, however, you wish to make a formal complaint about a visit to the practice, please click the button below and fill out the details requested on the complaint registration form. Your complaint will be reviewed, and you will be contacted to discuss your complaint.
