Cancelling Your Appointment
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you give us no less than 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to make the appointment slot available to other patients. A fee will be charged if you miss your appointment or do not give us at least 48 hours’ notice. However, if you or a member of your household tests positive for Covid, the 48-hour notice period will be waived, and a new appointment scheduled, but you must let us know on the day of your appointment by telephone.
